Mid-Wales 4 day Walking Festival

1. Entrants must be at least 16 years of age on the day of the walk. Those under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Entries should be made through the Green Events website. Entry is possible on the day, but there is a £2 per day surcharge for doing so. Entry fees are non-refundable.

3. On acceptance of your entry you will be sent further information via e-mail if a valid e-mail address has been supplied.

4. All participants must abide by the Countryside Code.

5. All participants must be properly equipped to deal with inclement mountain weather and it is recommended that they carry the relevant OS map(s), compass, torch and whistle.

6. Any participant who drops out MUST report to an official to prevent unnecessary and costly searches being instigated.

7. The organisers do not accept liability for any accident, injury, illness, damage or theft to any participant, vehicle or property whatsoever.

8. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend the event if necessitated by unforeseen circumstances.

9. Personal accident insurance is NOT provided by the organisers. It is incumbent upon participants to arrange insurance at their own discretion.
